2019 Annual Meeting.

The Australia and New Zealand Quality and Accreditation Network (ANZQAN) will celebrate its 12th Annual Meeting at Massey University Business School in Auckland, New Zealand on 27-29 November 2019.

Objective.

The objective of the Annual Meeting is to improve quality and accreditation practice through: 
  • sessions providing in-depth discussion and analysis into key quality and accreditation issues;
  • interactive sessions on current practices such as assurance of learning, tips, tricks, pitfalls around preparing self-assessment reports and managing peer review visits;
  • providing an opportunity for the main accrediting bodies to attend and engage with ANZQAN;
  • providing a forum for ANZQAN members to network and share ideas and practices.  
Representatives from the major accrediting bodies, AACSB and EFMD, will be attending and participating in the programme.​

Wednesday 27 November

4:00 - 5:00 pm:
Orientation session for new members (longer-term members are welcome to attend).

5:00 - 7:00 pm: 
Welcome Function - drinks and snacks provided (not open to delegate guests).

Thursday 28 November

8:45 am - 5:00 pm:
Annual Meeting


​6:00 - 9:00 pm:
Dinner at 7.30 pm for delegates and guests.

Registration.

The registration fee for the two days is $435 NZD (including GST) for early bird registration (prior to 11 October 2019) and $490 NZD (including GST) after early bird expires. 
Registrations are now open and will run up to the day prior to the event. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER NOW
The fee includes all morning and afternoon teas, lunches, the welcome function (no accompanying persons) and one evening dinner (drinks included).
Accompanying persons are welcome to attend the dinner at a cost of $TBC per person (dinner and drinks) to be paid under a separate registration.

Accommodation.

The end of November is a peak period for Auckland heading into Christmas so we advise that you book your hotels well in advance. Massey University has negotiated special rates and made a block booking at the Ramada Albany Hotel, which is close to the university.

Please note: you need to contact the hotel in order to access the special rates for ANZQAN - it cannot be done online. 

Parking.

Parking at the university is available in the general car park.

​Travel to and From the Airport​.

Massey University is located on Auckland’s North Shore at least an hour’s travel from the Auckland Airport. There are taxis, shuttles and an airport bus that come to Albany.
